- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could give no stars, I would. I got my policy through them based on recommendations from someone else. They sent me a letter stating they needed proof of prior insurance, which I provided, or my rate would go up an insane amount. Even with me providing proof, if went up anyway. I was mislead, they acted like my business was an inconvenience, and they added $3 to the amount of my payment compared to what the receipt they wrote to me showed.
